Getting Started & Legal Information

Welcome to Stogie Bogey

Your new cigar holder for the golf course. You bought it for one reason: somewhere to keep your cigar between shots that doesn't involve the cup holder, your mouth, or the turf. Here's how to set it up, use it, and look after it.

What's in the box

  • Cigar holder
  • Tee attachment
  • Magnet attachment
  • Microfiber pouch

Metal parts are zinc or steel, fully PVD-coated.

How to use your Stogie Bogey cigar holder

  1. Pick your attachment. Tee or magnet — both screw into the threaded hole in the cigar holder.
  2. Tee mode. Plant the point in the ground at the range or at a green. On the course, drop it into the tee slot on your golf cart to keep it protected from the wind. Note the tee also doubles as a cigar punch.
  3. Magnet mode. The magnet locks onto the metal bars of your golf cart. A hands-free cigar holder between shots.
  4. Load your cigar. Seat the cigar between the two clips so the lit end faces up and away from you.
  5. Play your shot. Pick it up between holes, replant or re-attach at the next stop.
  6. Done for the day. Wipe everything down, slip it into the microfiber pouch.

⚠ Safe Use

Stogie Bogey is designed for golf course use. Like any product involving fire, a sharp end, and a moving vehicle, it requires attention to use safely.

Fit and cigar care

Cigars come in countless sizes and constructions. We've designed Stogie Bogey to hold most standard cigars securely, but we can't guarantee a perfect fit, perfect retention, or that your cigar won't be marked or damaged in the process.

Check the fit before each use, keep an eye on your cigar while it's in the holder, and adjust or remove it if anything looks off.

Stogie Bogey is for transport and use during smoking sessions only. It is not a humidor and does not preserve cigar freshness.

Pointed end

Stogie Bogey has a pointed end that plants into the turf. It's not sharp enough to cut you in normal handling, but it can still cause injury if someone falls on it or presses into it with force.

  • Make sure it's fully planted and stable before walking away
  • Don't leave it standing point-up on cart seats or anywhere someone might fall or sit on it
  • Store it so the point isn't exposed in your bag
  • Keep it away from children
  • Use it for cigars and golf — not as a tool or anything else

While driving the cart

Don't fumble with your cigar while driving the cart. Plant it, secure it, then drive. We're not responsible for what happens if you don't.

Care & cleaning

Your Stogie Bogey is built to take the round.

  • Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth after each round
  • Store the cigar holder and attachments in the microfiber pouch between rounds

Warranty & returns

Your Stogie Bogey cigar holder is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase, under normal use as described above.

Not covered:

  • Cosmetic wear or scratches from normal use
  • Damage from misuse, drops, or use outside the intended purpose
